Our servers are in the European Union. Participant data is stored and processed in audited, ISO 27001-certified EU data centres.

Can we use CompetenceFlow with ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot?
CompetenceFlow supports MCP for course data, course creation, participant updates and messages. ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot Studio offer MCP connections; Google’s Gemini CLI does too. We’ll check your chosen application, account and connection setup, then demonstrate the workflow.
How is our training data protected?
CompetenceFlow combines ISO/IEC 27001-certified information security management with EU hosting, role-based access, encryption and activity logs. Security is built into product development and daily operations.
Where are the servers, and how does CompetenceFlow support GDPR compliance?
Our servers are in the European Union, in audited, ISO 27001-certified data centres. Participant data is stored and processed in the EU. CompetenceFlow supports GDPR compliance with privacy notices and consent collection, role-based access, anonymisation and deletion. You remain the data controller, and we provide a data processing agreement as your processor.
Do we need to replace our LMS or accounting software?
You can keep your existing tools. We review the systems and versions you use, agree which records need to move between them, and scope the connections before implementation.
How do we move our existing data?
We agree what to import, check a trial migration together and pilot a course workflow before rolling out further. Timing depends on your data and integrations.
